1. General Provisions

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for refunding money to users of the cube3.pro Platform and applies to all paid pricing plans.

2. Trial Period

If a free trial period is available on the Platform, no payment is charged during this time. After the trial period ends, the selected pricing plan is automatically activated and funds are debited.

3. Refund Conditions

3.1. Refund within 14 days

If you have paid for a subscription for the first time and have not used the Platform's services (did not upload models, did not generate embed code), you have the right to request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the first payment.

3.2. Refund due to technical malfunction

If the Platform was unavailable or malfunctioned due to our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours in the billing period, you may request a proportional recalculation or refund for the relevant period.

3.3. Cases where no refund is made

  • The subscription has already been used: models were uploaded, embed code was generated, the configurator was used;
  • The request is submitted after 14 days from the date of the first payment;
  • The account has been blocked due to a violation of the Terms of Use;
  • The reason for dissatisfaction is functionality that was not stated as part of the selected pricing plan;
  • Partial subscription periods upon early cancellation of the pricing plan.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  • Send an email to info@cube3.pro with the subject «Refund Request»;
  • Include in the email: the account email address, payment date, reason for refund;
  • Attach proof of payment (screenshot or transaction number).

We will review the request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision by email. If approved, the refund will be made using the same method used for payment within 10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your personal account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Access to the Platform remains until the end of the paid period. Funds for the unused portion of the period are not refunded upon cancellation, unless otherwise provided for in this Policy.
