1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the «Agreement») governs the relationship between cube3.pro (hereinafter — the «Platform», «we», «us») and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the «User», «you») using the service for hosting and embedding 3D product models.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to comply with all its terms. If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement — stop using the Platform.

The Platform is located at: https://cube3.pro. The Platform Operator is registered in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides the following services:

  • uploading and storing 3D product models in GLB, glTF, OBJ, FBX formats;
  • automatic conversion of models to GLB format for web display;
  • embedding an interactive 3D viewer on third-party websites via embed code;
  • configuring material, color, and texture configurators for models;
  • managing the model catalog through the personal account.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and individuals who have reached the age of 18. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3.2. Registration and Account

Registration is required to access the Platform's features. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it promptly. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all actions performed through your account.

3.3. Prohibited Actions

When using the Platform, it is prohibited to:

  • upload 3D models for which you do not have the appropriate rights or permissions;
  • upload content that infringes copyrights, patents, or other rights of third parties;
  • use the Platform to distribute malicious code;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's systems;
  • resell access to the Platform without the operator's written consent;
  • use automated tools for mass content upload without prior arrangement.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the 3D models and other materials uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display the materials solely for the purpose of providing services under this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for having proper rights to the uploaded 3D models and other materials. The Platform is a hosting provider and is not responsible for content posted by users.

Upon receiving a legitimate complaint of copyright infringement or other third-party rights violations, the Platform reserves the right to delete the relevant content within 48 hours without prior notice to the user.

5. Payment and Subscription

Access to the Platform's commercial features is provided through a paid subscription model according to the current pricing plans published on the website. Payment is made in the manner and within the terms established by the selected pricing plan.

The Platform reserves the right to change the pricing plans by notifying users at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the specified period constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided «as is», without any warranties of uninterrupted operation or complete satisfaction of the user's expectations. The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

The Platform's total liability to the user under no circumstances exceeds the amount paid by the user for the subscription during the previous 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The current version is always available on the website. In the event of material changes, users will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

8. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to review in the courts at the location of the Platform Operator.
